Bike Binderz will accept returns if the following criteria are met:

• It has been less than 30 days since the item was purchased.
• The item has not been discontinued and is not a final sale product.
• The return is complete and unused. All hardware and original packaging must be included. If the Binder has been used we can not process a return.
• Bike Binderz purchased through a Bike Binderz dealer must be returned to the same dealer and are subject to the dealers return guidelines.
• Your return will not be accepted if you do not inform us by phone that you will be making the return. Please call 855-724-6458 Monday to Friday 9-5 MST -7 to inform us of the return.

Please note any return will be subject to a 20% non-negotiable restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
